J. Brown Excavating just finished installing our new septic system and the install was completed to perfection.

The owner, Jeff Brown, went out of his way to set us up with a reliable engineer to create the septic plan. That engineer has since verified that the system was installed precisely to his specifications.

Originally we were worried about the aesthetic impact the install would have on our lawn. Jeff’s crew created a rock driveway on our lawn for bringing on the dump truck. This ensured the dump truck didn’t tear up our lawn. When they were finished they removed the rocks and laid top soil down and our lawn looks just as good as it always has.

The level of care and professionalism taken by Jeff and his crew are evident in every part of the job.

Last year I was in need of some work to be done on my property in Cole Harbour. I was lucky and picked J. Brown Excavating.

As good as their word, they came over within a short period of time to hear what I wanted done. After me explaining my landscaping needs, a price was agreed upon. The next week the job was started. They brought in the necessary equipment to level the property along with good topsoil and  sod. The job took a day to complete and all aspects that we agreed on were carried out in a professional manner with excellent results. The property was cleaned up before they left.

As a result of their work my property is now draining well and this spring I had no more water problems. I would recommend J Brown Excavating when you want a good job done for a fair price.
